Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cruise Crew. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once an order is placed.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, duplicate orders, trip cancellations, shipping delays, or items that arrive after a planned event or vacation.

Each shirt and product is printed specifically for your order, so we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including:

  • Shirt style

  • Size

  • Color

  • Quantity

  • Design selection

  • Shipping address

By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final.

Size Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Size charts are provided to help you choose the best fit before ordering.

Please double-check sizing before checkout, especially when ordering matching group or family shirts.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the full item

  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our production or fulfillment process, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued at our sole discretion or where required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed.

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@cruisecrewshirts.com. If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or delays outside of our control.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend ordering early if you need your items for a cruise, vacation, event, group trip, or special occasion.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are unable to offer a refund.

A replacement may require a new purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, or delivery location first.

If your package appears lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, contact us and we will review the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, or exchanged.

Final Sale Agreement

By purchasing from Cruise Crew, you understand and agree that all products are made to order and all sales are final, except for confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
