Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

Flat Rate Shipping: $8
Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $75 or more before taxes, fees, or other shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or peak travel seasons.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes [3-7 business days], depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Early for Cruises and Events

If you are ordering for a cruise, vacation, family trip, birthday, group event, holiday, or special occasion, we strongly recommend ordering early.

Cruise Crew is not responsible for items arriving after a planned event due to production time, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Cruise Crew is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are unable to offer a refund.

A replacement order may require a new purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your order was delivered, Cruise Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, or delivery location first.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type, availability, or fulfillment location.

You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
