1. Store Information
This website is operated by Cruise Crew.
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cruise Crew. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person visiting our website, using our services, or purchasing from our store.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Cruise Crew sells made-to-order products, including printed apparel and related items.
Because our products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed, all sales are final unless an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our production or fulfillment process.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order, including size, color, quantity, design, and shipping address.
3. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, duplicate orders, trip cancellations, shipping delays, or items arriving after a planned event, vacation, cruise, or special occasion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued at our sole discretion or where required by law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
If we confirm that the issue was caused by our production or fulfillment process, we may provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
We do not replace items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, washing errors, normal wear and tear, or incorrect size selection.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and may enter production shortly after purchase.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to help. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, images, and sizing information as accurately as possible.
However, we do not guarantee that your device screen will display colors accurately. Slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, or appearance may occur.
Product images may include mockups for display purposes. Final products may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
7. Sizing
Size charts are provided to help you choose the best fit before purchasing.
You are responsible for selecting the correct size. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues.
For group orders, matching shirts, or family cruise shirts, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart for each person before checkout.
8. Pricing and Promotions
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and offers at any time without notice.
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past orders unless we choose to do so at our sole discretion.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, customs, fulfillment delays outside of our control, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly recommend ordering early if you need your items for a cruise, vacation, family trip, group event, holiday, birthday, or special occasion.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, except where required by law.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned, lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we are unable to offer a refund.
A replacement order may require a new purchase.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, or delivery location first.
If your package appears lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, contact us and we will review the issue.

By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing your order before checkout.
